Welcome to our stunning vacation rental located in beautiful Grado Pineta, with a wide terrace exposed to the South-West, 400 metres from the beach.
Our apartment, placed on the first floor of a building with no lift, offers a comfortable and inviting retreat for your getaway and holiday. With two bedrooms, one double bedroom and a second one with two single beds, one bathroom, an equipped kitchen and a lounge area with a double sofa bed. The apartment can comfortably host up to six guests. You will enjoy plenty of space to relax and unwind and the rental boasts a range of facilities to ensure you a pleasant stay.

Parking is available on the street, although fees may apply. You will also find a TV in the living dining area and partial air-conditioning to keep you cool during the summer months. The property comes equipped with a washing machine for your convenience. However, please note that there is no heating available.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials, including a microwave, coffee machine, fridge, and dishwasher.

The property does not offer wheelchair access and events or parties are not permitted. However, children are more than welcome, making this apartment perfect for families!
While there is no swimming pool on site, Grado Pineta Italia offers many opportunities for outdoor activities near the rental.
