Individual contemporary wooden chalet, located 5 km from the slopes and on the road to the Col des Aravis.
It consists of 3 levels with:
- a ground floor opening onto the living space, WiFi connection, TV TNT SAT Canal, separate toilet, ski room;
- a mezzanine with 2 beds for 2 people and 2 beds for 1 person, a shower room (with toilet) and a balcony.
- a garden floor: 2 bedrooms, each with a bed for 2 people and an ensuite shower room and toilet.
Very comfortable with a refined decoration, nice materials fitting for a warm and cosy ambiance.
Large and harmonious living space opening onto a balcony and a large covered terrace offering an astonishing panorama of the village, the valley and the Aravis mountain range.
Deposit in cash at the time of arrival.

Very nice place

The manager of the property Pascale is a fantastic manager, the owners of the property that are several by the way...and they are not friendly at all or to be recommended

The only first very bad experience since we are renting our chalet (2014): unpleasant, threatening and arrogant hotes, arrived with 3 hours delay, aggressive with our manager, leaving the chalet in a deplorate condition (non-compliance with the terms of the contract, furniture burned with a straightening iron, displaced matelas, un-emptied refrigerator,…) In conclusion we do not recommend these hosts either

Spacious modern chalet with lovely views.

We enjoyed our stay in this spacious chalet and found it a good location from which to explore Annecy and Geneve. AFTER we had paid the deposit and the final payment, we were annoyed that we were asked to pay a EUR1,000 cash security deposit. This is a rather excessive amount, and is many multiples of what we have encountered anywhere else (we travel extensively). It was explained to us that the owner had recenty had a bad experience, and that they found it necessary to introduce the security deposit. The deposit was returned to us fully, on our departure. Our home currency is not EUR, hence the inconvenience with exchange losses and bank fees. Apart from this problem, we had a good stay:)

Très agréable

Chalet très agréable pour un séjour en famille : lumineux , décoration soignée, espace commun confortable; si vous ne voulez pas prendre la voiture , il existe une navette gratuite qui vous amène au domaine du plan de la Giettaz ; on peut aussi aller skier à la clusaz ( parking accessible en dehors du village avec possibilité de prendre des forfaits à la machine )

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans ce beau chalet très bien équipé. La Giettaz constitue réellement une belle alternative à La Clusaz. Plus calme, plus authentique et plein de balades accessibles. Depuis le chalet, on est connectés directement à la montagne. Et l'accueil est hyper pro, grâce à Pascale. Bref tout a été parfait

Wunderbares Chalet in traumhafter Lage

Das Chalet liegt sehr schön und ruhig an der Passstraße die zum Col des Aravis führt. Man hat einen wunderbaren Blick in die Berge. Das Haus ist neuwertig und hervorragend ausgestattet - die Bilder lügen nicht! Der ideale Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Radtouren im Sommer bzw. für's Skifahren im Winter.
