This farmhouse with private swimming pool has a rural location, only 500 meters from the village of Las Lagunillas. The farm is located in the heart of the La Subbética Cordoba, near the town of Priego de Cordoba and surrounded by olive trees, pine trees and mountains. An authentic place to enjoy the pure rural tourism.
The farmhouse has a rustic look that store owners carefully. In the living / dining room is a fireplace for the colder evenings. The covered terrace in front of the house gives beautiful views over the fields. The pool is fenced and completely sheltered. There are two rooms on the ground floor and other rooms are on the first floor.
The village of Las Lagunillas has 700 inhabitants and is located at the foot of the highest peak in the province of Cordoba. It is a good base for outdoor activities. Nearby is the beginning of several hiking and mountain bike trails in the beautiful nature park Sierras de Subbéticas. A visit to the royal cities of Andalusia, such as Córdoba, Granada or Malaga is definitely worth it.
A car is a necessity! Please make sure you rent your own car! For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters Reservations for groups of persons under 18 years of age are not permitted It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
