Welcome to a cozy and well-kept house with a classic Scanian character. There is plenty of space here for both families and couples looking for a quiet holiday home. The house is located on a quiet street in a safe and pleasant environment in the center of Borrby with a convenient distance to the grocery store, the popular "Gamla bageriet" with serving and restaurants. The house offers a homely feeling with 3 bedrooms, of which 2 rooms are located upstairs where a slightly steep staircase leads you. From the bedroom downstairs there is an exit to a furnished patio facing south that is under construction. The outdoor room with walls and roof will therefore be replaced by a tiled wall facing the street for privacy. All bedrooms have a double bed each and generous storage. The charming fully equipped kitchen from the 70s has new appliances and is perfect for self-catering. Newly renovated bathroom with shower and in the adjacent house on the plot there is also a washing machine available. The garden around the house invites you to play and be active while relaxing days in the sun or shade can be enjoyed. Nice meals together at the garden furniture and charcoal grill provide wonderful holiday memories. In just under 10 minutes by car you can reach Borrby beach. In the area there are several attractions such as Sandskogens nature reserve, the ancient monument "Ale stenar" in Kåseberga and miles of sandy beaches along the south coast of Skåne. The small town idylls of Ystad and Simrishamn offer shopping in a beautiful city center. Also visit Olof Viktors cafe, the TV profile "Fredrik på Eklaholm" and Glimmingehus. Farm shops, musteri and vineyards are also very nice excursion destinations in this part of Österlen. Welcome to Skåne!
