Ground floor villa for 3 people

Comfortable and well equipped on the ground floor of a villa in a quiet area close to the city center. Two houses, one of which is mine are built on land typically Mediterranean terraces. The cars are parked in the garden is fenced. You benefit from a covered terrace with garden furniture and a small meadow. The entrance to the apartment is independent.
The owner lives on the first floor. The orientation is south facing with views to the sea and the rolling countryside.
The 50m2 apartment has a living room with sitting area, dining area and a kitchen, a bedroom (double bed), alcove in the entrance makes sleeping a third person. Regarding health: there is a spacious shower room and toilet.

WONDERFUL STAY

We had a great stay at this apartment for 4 weeks. The apartment is very comfortable with views to the Mediterranean and the towers of Grasse. The host was exceptionally wonderful.

Amazing week with an amazing host.

Daniele made my stay incredible. She is the definition of a super host. She was welcoming and was always available if I had questions. The apartment was comfortable and had everything I needed for the week. This was also a good location within walking distance of GIP. I will be back for sure.

Super nette Gastgeberin, schöne Wohnung und Terrasse.

Als letzte Station unserer Provence Reise wählten wir den Ort Grasse. Dank der guten vorab Informationen der Gastgeberin Danièle konnten wir noch die Rosen Expo in Grasse genießen. Ausserdem waren die guten Deutsch Kenntnisse von Daniéle von Vorteil und wir bekame wertvolle Tipps. Ausserdem war sie so lieb, uns zum Bahnhof von Grasse zu fahren Empfehlenswert: mit dem Bus oder Zug entspannt nach Nizza, Antibes oder Cannes zu fahren. Wir empfehlen die FeWo von Danièle sehr gerne.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit Terrasse in einem Blumenmeer und Ausblick auf Grasse. In die Innenstadt kann man einfach zu Fuß gehen. Daniele spricht perfekt Deutsch.

Un gîte bien pratique à Grasse

Gîte très confortable, bien équipé pour trois personnes, à quelques minutes à pied du centre ville, avec un parking sécurisé dans la propriété (rare à Grasse). Appartement très agréable , avec terrasse et jardin , accueil attentif et disponible.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la vue, la terrasse, la tranquillité l equipement, la propreté, la place de parking privée. Deux balades renseignées dans les environs nous ont ravis (grand doc et peygros). En revanche le centre de Grasse est decevant (paupérisation des centres urbains) et nous n avons guere vu de champs de fleurs pour la parfumerie. Les fleurs sauvages ont largement compensé. Si vous allez à St tropez, evitez la route de ste Maxime à St tropez. Prenez le bateau a Ste Maxime. D une manière générale, l endoit s accommode mieux d une petite voiture.Bon séjour.

Wie zu Hause

Sehr schöne kleine Wohnung mit einer großen Dusche (die ich sehr genossen habe), separatem WC, Schlafzimmer sowie ein großes helles Wohnzimmer mit Küchenzeile. Alles in allem habe ich mich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Dazu kam noch, dass die Vermieterin perfekt Deutsch spricht und ich nicht meine rudimentären Französischkenntnisse bemühen musste. Ich komme gerne wieder.
