Studio with private pool and private entrance on a quite place
40 m² guest house with 80m² privat terrace and private entrance in south of Grasse. The flat is close to shops but also very quiet as the whole property is surrounded by flowers and palm trees. The centerpiece is a 50m3 saltwater pool that can be used 24/7 and is only shared with max. 4 people, the 2 renters and us. The guest apartment has a private barbecue in front of the entrance area and we have four guest parking places in front of the garden. The flat is max. for 2 person no parties!
