About this property

Studio with private pool and private entrance on a quite place

40 m² guest house with 80m² privat terrace and private entrance in south of Grasse. The flat is close to shops but malso very quiet as the whole property is surrounded by flowers and palm trees. The centerpiece is a 50m3 saltwater pool that can be used 24/7 and is only shared with max. 4 people, the 2 renters and us. The guest apartment has a private barbecue in front of the entrance area and we have four guest parking places in front of the garden. The flat is max. for 2 person no parties, no smoking and no animals.

Astrid is an amazing hostess, she gave us so many ideas & we went to most places she recommended. Especially the restaurants. She is very pleasant & bubbly, great to chat with. We loved her place, a great court yard & pool to relax in in the evenings.
