With a cozy double bed and and two extra single bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private shower, you’ll have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Step outside and you’re just moments from cafés, shops, public transport, and university buses. As an owner-managed property, we take pride in spotless cleanliness, warm hospitality, and a personal touch that makes every guest feel right at home.

The space
Our property is a cozy private studio, perfect for a small family or a couple. It features a fully equipped kitchen with all essential utensils and a private shower, offering guests a comfortable all-in-one space with everything they need for a relaxing stay.

We’re centrally located on the famous Atatürk Caddesi in the Gönyeli district of Lefkoşa — one of the city’s most vibrant and convenient areas.

A bus stop is right in front of the building, with frequent local, university, and airport shuttle services. Within just a minute’s walk, you’ll find cafés, restaurants, shops, ATMs, currency exchange offices, and so much more — everything you could possibly need right at your doorstep!

Guest access
Guests have full, private access to the entire studio apartment — including the sleeping area with both beds, the kitchen, and the private shower. Please make yourself at home, and I kindly ask that you treat the space with care and keep it tidy during your stay.

Other things to note
Please note that the apartment is a non-smoking space, and we kindly ask that guests do not bring pets. We also request a quiet environment—no loud music or disruptive behavior—so everyone can enjoy a peaceful stay.
