Villa luxury 500 m2 park with trees of 2500 m2 with swimming pool - FACE AND SEA AND GOLF. THE ONLY IS OPPOSITE THE SEA
The pool is 12m by 6m, possibility to heat against current + with solar shower.

150m2 ground floor consists of a large living room, a fireplace, a dining room and fully equipped kitchen. There is a laundry room with 3 fridges with freezer. Bathroom and toilet are also present.
Game room with ping pong and home cinema (Canal + and Wi-Fi)

1st floor 5 bedrooms each with a bathroom and separate toilet, saddler (one room with a bath) + a saddler and an extra toilet.
2nd floor = 1 bedroom + a bathroom and toilet.

2 bikes, 1 electric.

The villa was lovely. It was spoilt by the non-availability of the pool for two whole days of our 7-day stay as the pump needed replacing. Villa manager very accommodating and the villa itself is very close to the charming Saint Florent.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à 10 personnes dans une maison fonctionnelle et très confortable. Bonnes litreries, chambres en suite, grande piscine, bbq, terrasse ombragée pour les repas, un magnifique jardin. Disponibilité et réactivité du propriétaire et accueil de la personne qui nous a reçu sur place sont très appréciables.
