Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. The apartment features marble floors and consists of 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. The property was completely refurbished in 2022. It has a balcony overlooking the garden and swimming pool.

There are five shared swimming pools, one of which is for children, gym, two tennis courts.

The kitchen is equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, gas cooker, oven, coffee machine , kettle, toaster and water filter, so, you don't need to buy bottled water. There are plenty of kitchenware for cooking and drinking.
There is a hair dryer in each bathroom.

The parking space is in the garage with lift to the the apartment floor.
