Unique Countryside Retreat in Rural West Wales

Enjoy a countryside retreat in a beautiful setting with lots of history and character.

Quirky, cheerful, open-plan living for families, friends or couples on a small lush Welsh estate.

Dolwilym is a very isolated spot amongst a cluster of other buildings. A perfect hideaway for artists, writers, academics, musicians, groups of friends, families in search of adventure and other creative sorts, and ideal for a romantic weekend away from the city.

The space
All mod-cons within a quirky historic building .

A self contained cottage that sleeps 6 across 3 rooms. One main bathroom downstairs and one small toilet room upstairs. One large kitchen/diner/ living room. Plenty of outdoor space. Recently refurbished to make what was once a draughty stay into luxury accommodation. Heated by a ground source heat pump. New wood flooring downstairs from Ash grown on the land.

TV free zone for a complete escape if you want it (but good wifi for your devices if you need it!)

Laid with ash flooring from the land, light and airy. Great for socialising.

Main Bathroom
On the ground floor. Luxuriate in it's huge deep soaking newly renovated Victorian bath. Includes a shower over the bath, toilet and sink.

Main Bedroom
Attic room on the second floor. With double bed, chest of drawers and dressing table. Fantastic; light and airy with great view over the front lawn and beyond.

Bedroom 2
On the first floor. With double bed and chest of drawers. Great view across the front lawn.

Bedroom 3​
On the first floor. With a bunkbed and clothes cupboard.

On the first floor. With toilet and sink.

Guests have access to the whole house and a lawn and parking area in front of the house.
