As you walk upstairs from the front door, you step into the hallway/landing, which leads you to the living and dining room. The soft green walls and picture windows create a peaceful backdrop.

The cosy corner sofa is the perfect place to curl up after a long day, sharing stories, scrolling through your plans, or simply closing your eyes for a moment of quiet.

A TV to stream your favourite movie, please ensure to bring your own login details to stream on Netflix & Prime.

Morning light fills the dining space, making breakfast feel unhurried and gentle.

A dedicated desk sits by the window - ideal for catching up on emails, journaling, or planning the day ahead with a hot cup of coffee.

Walk into the modern kitchen, and you’ll find everything you could need - whether you’re preparing a quick snack or a full meal.

With a full-size fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and sleek worktops, it’s a practical yet beautiful space that makes cooking feel effortless. We have enough crockery and glasses for 3 guests.

As evening falls, retreat to the master bedroom - a serene sanctuary with a striking panelled wall, bedding, and a charming full-length mirror that catches the light. It feels like a boutique hotel, but with the warmth and privacy of your own home. A large chest of draws and clothes hanging rail. Hangers provided.

The second bedroom offers a simple, soothing space with a single bed - perfect for an extra guest, a child, or a quiet spot to read and relax. Wardrobe and chest of drawers for your convenience.

The bathroom, tiled from floor to ceiling, is a calming place to start or end your day.

Enjoy a warm shower, wrap yourself in fresh towels, and take a moment just for yourself. Towels and mini travel toiletries are provided for each guest

Guests have full access to the maisonette upstairs and the garden. The Garden is to the right of the property with its own access. It is fenced but has no door / entrance. Not suitable for pets

My property management team will be available 24/7 via email, or phone to provide any assistance my guests may need. Pass the Keys® provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties. The property is professionally maintained and cleaned, and professionally cleaned linens and toiletries are guaranteed. 24/7 guest support is also available before and during your stay. The local community-based Pass the Keys® team personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass the Keys® Property Readiness Standard.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
