Altura Villa is a modern, fully equipped and completely private one-storey villa, located in the peaceful area of Saitoures near Rethymno, offering comfort, privacy and high-quality facilities for families and groups of friends looking to experience the authentic side of Crete. Built entirely on one level for maximum convenience and easy living, the villa combines elegant interiors with beautiful outdoor spaces, creating the ideal setting for relaxing summer holidays.



Set on a private plot of 220 sq.m. and offering 120 sq.m. of interior living space, the villa accommodates up to seven guests in comfort and style. The property features three tastefully designed bedrooms, each equipped with two single beds that can also be converted into double beds, spacious wardrobes, air conditioning and quality linens, while a comfortable sofa bed in the living area can accommodate one additional guest.



Altura Villa offers two modern bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a walk-in shower, both fully equipped with toiletries, hairdryers, hot water and all necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.



The bright open-plan living and dining area features beautiful wooden ceilings, modern decoration and elegant furnishings, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout the villa. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, oven, espresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, cookware and complete dining facilities, allowing guests to comfortably prepare and enjoy meals at home. An indoor dining table for six guests is also available.



Outdoors, guests can enjoy the villa’s private swimming pool measuring 8m x 4m, which also includes a separate children’s section, surrounded by sun loungers, umbrellas and spacious terrace areas ideal for enjoying the Cretan sun in total privacy. The beautifully arranged outdoor spaces also feature a shaded pergola with outdoor dining area, charcoal barbecue, landscaped garden and a large 100 sq.m. patio, creating the perfect environment for long summer evenings with family and friends.



The villa is fully air-conditioned and additionally offers high-speed Wi-Fi throughout, four Smart TVs, mosquito screens on all windows, a wood-burning stove for cooler months, washing machine, ironing facilities and private parking space for up to three vehicles. Cleaning service and linen changes are also provided every four days for stays longer than five nights.



Altura Villa enjoys a peaceful location approximately 20 km from Rethymno Town and only 15 km from the famous beach of Plakias, while traditional tavernas, supermarkets and local attractions such as the beautiful Argyroupoli Springs are all within easy driving distance.
