This modern and recently built 2026 villa stands out for its spaciousness, luminosity and careful design, offering an elegant and tranquil environment, ideal for families or groups seeking privacy and comfort in a privileged setting.



It is distributed over three floors, on the ground floor are the kitchen, dining room, terrace, garden and swimming pool.

On the ground floor there is a living room, with an office and two bedrooms with their own bathroom.

On the top floor is the large suite, with its own terrace with hammocks and a bathroom with views.

All bedrooms have a smart TV.
