Completely renovated while maintaining the classic Cycladic style

A few steps from the beach you can find the beautiful pedestrian street of Chora.
The house has 2 bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom.
The central area is open plan and has a comfortable sofa and dining area.
For moments of relaxation there is the beautiful courtyard with a sofa and a table overlooking the picturesque alleys of Chora.
Public parking is available on the beachfront directly below the house. The distance to the property is approximately 100 meters, and the route includes about 60 steps.

What makes our property unique is its location. Although it is right in the heart of the bustling island capital—just under a minute’s walk from the center—it is situated in one of the quietest neighborhoods, making it perfect for rest and relaxation without any noise.
Additionally, the house’s name is inspired by the nautical term “Apaggio”, which refers to a sheltered spot where ships are protected from storms. Similarly, the house is naturally shielded from the wind, including the strong summer meltemi breezes, providing a calm and peaceful retreat.
