Dreamy Dunes - 5 bedroom villa with 6,5 bathrooms and private pool

Set on a quiet location with only villas around, this is a beautifully furnished 5 bedroom villa with a private swimming pool, with stunning views to the golf course and the ocean. Situated in the prestigious Praia Del Rey Golf & Beach Resort, the villa offers easy access to stunning beaches, world-class golf courses, and a variety of local amenities. The villa is just a short drive from charming coastal towns, providing the perfect balance of privacy and accessibility.

The main floor living/dining room has very comfortable sofas and dining table, and its french doors give access to the exterior patio with a dining area loverlooking the private pool. The kitchen is very spacious and it’s fully equipped with hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle and coffee machine, and has a breakfast area . A separate room has a dryer and washing machine available for your use.

Each of the five bedrooms is thoughtfully designed with its own en-suite bathroom, providing privacy and convenience for guests. Two of the bedrooms are on the first floor, each set with a double bed and with access to a large terrace with stunning views. A very cozy sitting/living room with television is set in between the bedrooms on this floor.

The third bedroom is located on the main floor of the villa, also set with a double bed. The two remaining bedrooms are on the basement level, each set with a double bed.

The villa has wi-fi access and also underfloor heating for winter stays (subject to an extra fee).

Burgo D. Afonso III is a large cluster of villas set behind the Marriott Hotel with spa, gym and restaurants, and just next to the golf course and the sandy beach. The Tennis Club is 5 minutes away by car, and the Club House and first tee are a couple of minutes away by car or 10 minutes on foot.

Our office is located 7 minutes from the resort, in Serra D'El Rei, and we will be available for any situation that may arise.
Arrivals are made in person at our office and a member of our team will accompany you to the property.

Praia D'El Rey is a development with an 18-hole golf course, tennis courts, a Marriott Hotel, and a wide range of properties available for local accommodation. For golf lovers, it is the perfect location, as there are three more golf courses just a few minutes away: Royal Óbidos, West Cliffs, and Bom Sucesso. For those who prefer surfing beyond the waves at Praia D'El Rey, there are numerous beaches such as Supertubos, Peniche de Cima, and Baleal that are excellent for this activity.

A car is necessary to get to and from the resort.
