Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
This was, without question, the worst VRBO experience we have ever had!! I strongly advise anyone considering booking with this host to look elsewhere. The property did not provide key amenities that were clearly advertised. The air conditioning did not work, the washing machine was broken, and the apartment had an ongoing fly problem was infested with mosquitos. These were not minor inconveniences, they were essential features that influenced our decision to book. To make matters worse, when we arrived there was a homeless man sleeping directly outside the entrance to the property, which made us feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. The most frustrating part of this experience was the host’s complete lack of professionalism and communication. They dealt with this in an extremely poor manner, our concerns were ignored for long periods, and the host repeatedly failed to follow through on what was promised. This listing did not match what was advertised, and the host showed little interest in making the situation right. We were left feeling misled, frustrated, and incredibly disappointed. Avoid this property and any others managed by this host. We would never book with this host again and cannot recommend them under any circumstances.
