The living room is elegantly furnished, with a sitting area, a smart TV to watch all your favourite shows, and a dining table perfect for accommodating four guests. It is also generously lit, ideal for sharing moments with your group.
The open-plan kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and cutlery to fulfil your culinary requirements.
All bedrooms are tastefully furnished. One bedroom has a UK queen-size bed, another a UK double and the last bedroom has two UK singles. All beds are adorned with complimentary hotel-quality linens, ensuring a luxurious and comfortable rest. The owner has a private, locked room on the top floor, which is not accessible to guests.
The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.
Please Note: If there is excessive electricity usage, you will be charged per KWT at the discretion of the owner

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.
Blackrock, Dublin, is a picturesque coastal town known for its charming atmosphere and stunning views of the Irish Sea. One of the main attractions in Blackrock is Blackrock Park, a beautifully landscaped green space. Additionally, the Blackrock Market is merely an 8-minute drive away, and you can find over 30 eclectic stalls carrying goods such as art, jewellery & home decor.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest bus stop, Meadow Close (stop 3173), is just a 7-minute walk.
Dublin Airport is a 40-minute drive from the property.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
Also, we charge €120 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of €180 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
