Property has plenty of space was clean and met all of our needs. Shelley was very helpful and accommodating. Would not hesitate to book this property again.
Exactly as described and felt very much like home! Definitely would stay again.
Clean, comfortable, great location, quiet but close to everything needed. Communication was fast and good. It was as comfortable as being at home. I would absolutely stay here again. Tons of space to spread out.

We are so happy you enjoyed your stay and truly appreciate your kind review. Hope to accommodate you again in the future!
I stayed here in April with family(my husband and son, and brother in law and his family) and it was perfect! Plenty of room for everyone. We were there over the Easter holiday and the host left flowers, chocolates, and peeps! Very sweet. We’d definitely stay here again

Thank you for your review and we hope you will consider our home again in the future.
We had a great time in the house. Everything was really nice, as described. We really enjoyed kayaking through the channels. House had everything we needed! Thank you!
My wife and I, her mother and sister, and our golden retriever had a great time! We made festive dinners for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, watched favorite movies, talked endlessly, and really enjoyed the property. Nice neighborhood, lots of space, very comfortable ... nothing but great things to say and I hope we'll be back there soon ;-)
We had a great time. The location is good except for the traffic. The house is fine it just needs a really good cleaning(baseboards, tiled floors) not just the superficial cleaning in between renters.

Large house with 4 bedrooms and two kitchens. Convenient location to Treasure Coast, Stuart, etc. Very Responsive manager. Bikes were a nice amenity which we used often. Nice, quiet neighborhood.

A nice home and nice location
The house is nice and roomy. We had a few needs which were immediately addressed by the owner. The owner and manager were very responsive.
A few issues were disappointing. Guests had to bring a trash can and recycle can to the house & clean up trash left, had to clean the grill & buy gas & had to clean screened in porch. Garbage pick up is on Mon & Thurs. We were told Tues and Fri.
In general the home and location are nice.

We are so happy you enjoyed your stay and grateful for your patience while working through some issues. Thank you for letting us know about the change in trash pick up dates... we will update our information. Also, wish we would have know about the gas, as we could have provided that to you. Thank you for letting me know. We do appreciate your honesty and your stay.
I live locally. Rented the place because family came down to visit and we don’t have enough room. I don’t think the downstairs shower was cleaned prior to our arrival. There was a used wash cloth hanging inside and it was kind of gross. Also, there were bugs.

I want to respond to your comment regarding the cleanliness of our house. It was cleaned just before your arrival and supplied with fresh clean linens, ample towels for all guests, including soaps, paper towels, and toilet paper. The property has full maintenance on a weekly basis including treatment for pest control. If there was an issue regarding any other items above, I would hope you would have let me know while you were there so we could respond to your needs. It is our intent to provide a comfortable home for all of our guests. Wish you all the best.
This was a great place to stay and the location was ideal for us. Everything at the house worked nicely and the booking and check in process was seamless. The beds were comfortable and we would satay here again.
Spacious design, like 2 homes in one: 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms. Outdoor gathering spaces.
We booked this home for a family wedding at Ever After Farms and I couldn’t be more pleased. We own a vacation rental property also, so I knew I would have expectations.
THINGS I LOVED ABOUT THIS PROPERTY:
- The house offered two living spaces (upstairs and downstairs) so our family could spread out and enjoy time together with the option of doing our own thing.
- Two living rooms with two couches in each, lazy boys that you can sleep in, tv’s in both.
- The downstairs living space feels like a cozy den with a kitchen and dining table in an open space.
- The downstairs living room is perfect for teens, kids, those working from home, and feels like it’s own home inside of the main home.
- The outside area adjacent to the downstairs living space is perfect for football games, fishing from the dock or family gatherings.
- The screened porch was a nice spot where you could enjoy the outside even if it was raining.
- I fell asleep on the sun porch in one of the lounge chairs…
- The upstairs kitchen was very spacious for our close family who like to gather and cook at the same time.
- The 20-something’s used the kayaks to fish in the canal — and paddled for a mile.
- Large bedrooms with tvs in each room, lots of channels - mattresses so comfy, the elders of us who usually wake up at night slept better than at home! (Owners: please text us the brand of mattress on both floors).
- Large washing machine and dryer.
- Three floors with bathrooms on each.
- Owner stayed in touch the entire stay and responded immediately when I had a inquiry.
- Owners are very fair and easy to work with.
Don’t book hotel rooms! If you have a family or group gathering, you will save money by renting this property.
If you have family you kinda like but can tolerate in small doses, this house is great — you can have your own space.
If you have family you love to spend time with — this house is great because it’s so spacious, everyone can enjoy time together in any of the rooms or outside areas.
I highly recommend this property.
THINGS I DIDN’T LIKE:
- The photos can’t do it justice… it’s hard to capture the coziness, roominess or the flow of a property in photos. I’m glad I chose it — or I’d never hear the end of it from the fam. ;)
To the owners: Thanks again for sharing your property with us! We had a great time.

We are so happy you and your family had the opportunity to create great memories on such a special weekend to celebrate a family wedding. We are so incredibly grateful you enjoyed your time at our home and appreciate your review and the input you gave. If ever in the area again, we hope you will consider our property again for your vacation. Best wishes...
We enjoyed the property, it had plenty of room and the backyard was lovely. There were ample supplies and the host was responsive. I would book again since the location was ideal for our trip.
I understand there’s no place like home, but there’s really no excuse for dirty stinking rag in kitchen sink, dead cockroach in towels, human hair in sinks and tub, no internet even though we used password provided, and pet hair on table cloth. To put a cherry on top, we suspect our grand daughters bed had bed bugs as she woke up covered with little tiny bug bites, either that of fleas. 😩We really wondered if the home had been cleaned at all before we arrived. Finding a clean comfortable home for family with pets can be difficult especially during holidays, but we’ve never experienced anything like this.

The guys loved having their own rooms and the kitchens on both floors let them all spread out especially with Covid on the rise again!
They loved the house and used the grill and kitchen every night.
Beautiful property right off the canal. Plenty of room for our multi generational family. 2 kitchens came in handy. Thank you for having multiple TVs so the men could watch football, while the ladies watched chick flicks & the kids watched Netflix. Beds were comfortable. Washer & dryer very handy. Would definitely recommend for large families.
Wonderful staycation!! The house is as cute as in pictures. We had a great time. Kayaking was awesome! Owners responded to questions about area. The neighborhood is nice, great area to walk your dog. We were sad to leave. We really enjoyed our time.
We stayed at thus property while waiting to close on our new home. Very comfortable and quiet street close to everything

Our family has been in the area for over 40 years, and we are very excited for you to experience all that this town has to offer! This quaint waterfront property has been in the family for about 30 years now and has a true Florida feel to it. We hope that you feel at home during your stay!
Why they chose this property
Rustic Hills is a quaint neighborhood with a covered bridge and many home with the A-frame style. It is mainly on finger waterways for boat access to the Indian River.
What makes this property unique
The water view is relaxing and there is plenty of room for a large family. It is close to downtown Stuart and the beaches as well.
