This modern house is located in the beautiful seaside town of Portrush. It is spacious with an open plan kitchen, dining and sofa area to the rear of the house and living room/lounge to the front.
There are 4 bedrooms, one is King size with an en-suite and the other 3 are Double.
There is a bathroom upstairs which has a bath and shower and there is also a downstairs toilet.
There is a gated patio area and garden at the back of the house.
There is off street parking at the side of the house for 3 cars.
Strictly no smoking or vaping inside the house. Strictly no pets inside the house.

Less than 1 mile from West Strand Beach and about 1.7 miles from Portrush town centre and harbour. There are lots of restaurants and coffee shops to choose from in Portrush and lots of beautiful walks. There are plenty of golf courses to choose from including Royal Portrush ⛳️ surfing and water sports are also close at hand!
Portstewart is less than 4 miles away with plenty of coffee shops and a beautiful promenade and harbour.
