On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms with direct access to the garden and pool area: the first has a king-size bed and a sofa bed; the second has a queen-size bed and a sofa bed. On the upper floor is the master bedroom with two king-size beds and a bathroom featuring a jacuzzi or whirlpool tub. The other two bedrooms are arranged as follows: one has a double bed and a bunk bed with double-sized mattresses, and the last one has two bunk beds, each with a double bed on the bottom and a single bed on top.

The common areas are spacious and comfortable. The living room is very spacious and features a large-screen TV. The dining room seats 12 people. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes an island with seating for 10 people, a stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, a complete set of tableware for 25 people, and all necessary cooking utensils.
