Good location to King's Cross but otherwise, I wouldn't stay again. - Google maps does not link to the correct street/flat even though we used the link provided. More details were given in a PDF on how to check-in but with spotty service I wasn't able to access them. It would be great if these instructions could be provided further in advance or in the check-in message itself. - Beds are VERY hard. - There is no sound proofing - it felt like the windows were open given how loud the outside noise was. - The water pump for the bathrooms is very loud. A review on another site for this property says this was fixed in April but we stayed in June and it was still loud. - Lots of water damage in the bathroom. - If you plan on cooking and using the living room, it's a great space if you can overlook some of the bed/bath issues. We just needed beds and bathrooms so this space did not end up being great for our needs. I wouldn't stay again, especially at this price point. - Host was accommodating with our luggage/check-in needs though. Snacks and water were a nice touch. Place was clean.

It would have been helpful if you let us know about the water pump so we could look into it, now we know so we will contact our maintenance again. Thank you for booking our place!
