Excellent VRBO I would definitely stay here again great responsive host. Property feels like a spa vacation and close to everything bourbon trail UK wineries and airport. Pool was heated and we lucked out with 75 and sunny for first week of May!!

This property was a 20 out of 10! Everything from the smallest detail on up was well thought and executed! The home is beautiful and in a lovely quiet neighborhood. The backyard was what drew us to the home and the pictures did not do it justice, it was exceptional. It was clean, comfortable (such nice sheets), and so perfectly located near many restaurants and shopping options. The check in process was seamless and Kathy was in touch proactively checking in to make sure we had no issues or needs, which was so refreshing . Simply the most positive experience and wonderful option. I truly cannot have asked for a more perfect choice! We loved it!

Perfect location and home for our Lexington weekend!

Our Lexington experience was great and this house was fabulous! We cooked in the awesome kitchen and on the grill outside - wonderful meals were shared with our daughter and husband and his parents and our 21 month old Grandson. We hope to go back someday to enjoy the pool and beautiful yard!

We were blessed to stay at Kathy’s beautiful home for wedding weekend for one of our daughters and it was everything promised! Very clean, very well stocked, and comfortable!
