The apartment, equipped with air conditioning in every room, welcomes guests with a spacious living room featuring large sofas (one of which converts into a double bed), a flat-screen Smart TV, a small work desk, and a cozy seating area with armchairs and a coffee table. The living room connects to the stunning kitchen area, fitted with a fully equipped marble and wood kitchen including: gas hob, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, citrus juicer, and a snack counter with seating. The kitchen area is completed by a dining table with chairs. The living room also benefits from a convenient guest bathroom with sink and WC.



Both the living room and kitchen overlook the wonderful outdoor area of the apartment, featuring a beautiful private terrace equipped with comfortable sun loungers, a dining table with chairs for outdoor breakfasts and dinners, and a lounge area with sofas.



The apartment, with free Wi-Fi connection, continues with the sleeping area consisting of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The master bedroom offers generous space and comfort to ensure a luxurious stay throughout your holiday; it features a comfortable double bed, desk with chair, flat-screen TV, large wardrobes, and an en-suite bathroom with shower, double sink, bidet, and WC.

The second bedroom includes a double bed, desk, flat-screen TV, large wardrobes, and also benefits from a private bathroom with bathtub, sink, bidet, and WC.



The third bedroom features a double bed, a comfortable armchair, desk, large wardrobes, flat-screen TV, and access to a private balcony.

The fourth bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed for two people, large wardrobes, an armchair with table, and access to a private balcony.

The third and fourth bedrooms share a fourth bathroom in the hallway with shower, sink, bidet, and WC.



The holiday apartment layout is completed by a private laundry room with washing machine, sink, iron and ironing board, as well as a private garage with space for up to 2 cars.



On the ground floor, the apartment also enjoys a beautiful private oasis consisting of a private garden with palm trees and flowers, a relaxation area with sun loungers, and a whirlpool pool to cool off during summer.



The private pool is available from May 1st to September 30th.



The apartment is equipped with security cameras and an internal and external alarm system, which cannot be used and/or activated by guests.



Guests have access to amenities such as free Wi-Fi, air conditioning in every room, and heating.

A baby cot and high chair are available upon request at a small extra cost.

Pets are not allowed.



Extra cleaning during the stay with linen/towel change is available upon request and for an additional fee.



Self check-in service is available: a few days before arrival, all necessary instructions will be sent to access the property independently.
