Brattan Road is large 2 storey ground & 1st floor house in Wallasey. There's unlimited on street parking outside the property and parking for vans is no problem.
2 out of the 5 double bedrooms are en-suite with smart TVs in each room. A large main bathroom on the 1st floor and a w/c on the ground floor There is also a large,very well equipped kitchen and dining area. This is the only living space. There is no separate lounge.
Right on the doorstep you will find Tesco Express and a gym monthly memberships £60 or weekly £15. Couple of minutes walk and you will find various restaurants, takeaways and local pub in Oxton village
Free WiFi is available throughout the property.
This property is only available to groups of workers, it's not set up as a holiday let due to there being no separate lounge.
