Why they chose this property
This property was purchased earlier in 2017 by local property developer Steve.
Steve has lived local to this house all his life and knows the area very well. He had hoped the place would come up for sale at some point and was delighted when it did and he managed to secure the purchase of it...
The house had been converted many years ago in to a hat shop downstairs with a flat above and Steve had plans to return it to its former glory.
Now, after many months of hard work by Steve and the team, the property has been converted back to a house and also extended to include an additional downstairs wet room and utility room.
The property is in a beautiful location and is a real home from home with mod cons but still retains some traditional charm.
