Beautiful 2 Bedroom house in the best location in Bristol
We hope you enjoy our home and staying in this vibrant and unique part of Bristol. Easily one of the best location in Bristol with convenient access to the centre and the harbourside, the Gloucester rd - full of independant shops, restaurants, bars and cafes. You can also enjoy some great pubs and green spaces right on your doorstep! If you would like any tips on places to eat, drink, walks, shopping etc, please do feel free to message us... We endevour to make it’s as comfortable and enjoyable as possible for our guests. Please help yourself to anything left in the cupboards or fridge. If you have any issues or questions then just give us a shout and we will do our up most to help. • You are welcome to use the back gate out onto the green/ pub garden but please remember to lock it as well as the back door. Keys are in the back door. Please make sure all windows and doors are locked when you’re out on your adventures. • The boiler is located in the cupboard next to the back doors. If the hot water ever goes cold, press and hold the reset button for a few seconds and it should spring back into action. You can also adjust the central heating here and set a timer for it to come on/off. • The microwave, smoothie maker, toaster and dishwasher are in the cupboards. Dishwasher tabs are located in the boiler cupboard and we always run it on ECO. • The washing machine is in the bathroom cupboard along with spare towels, pillows etc. We run it on Daily Quick. • Bins are in the front garden. Wheely bin is for general rubbish and is collected every 2 weeks (on a Monday morning, so if you are here please put it out Sunday or early Monday morning) • Recycling is in the front garden. Cardboard in the blue bag. Glass in the black box. And plastic and tins go in the green box. The recycling goes every Monday morning so I would suggest putting them out every Sunday. • In the kicthen you will find a general rubbish bin and food waste bin in the pull out drawer under the sink. In the boiler cupboard you will find a bag we use for temp recycling before emptying it out front. There is the electric log burner and an extra fan heater if needed (located in bedroom wardrobe) But please be mindful of the environment and switch off when not in use.
