This waterfront VRBO is superb! 3 suites with king beds and private baths, is perfect for 3 couples. Spotlessly clean, beautifully appointed and stunning views!This is our 4th time staying here and we will definately be back!Love the living room that looks out to Balboa Bay, just open the sliding glass doors and enjoy the spacious patio. We love just bringing "to go" food back and enjoying our meals out on the patio, can't find a better view.Full kitchen & dining room, every room has it's own TV and there's off street parking in the garage.

We have never stayed at a VRBO & got the care and attention that we did at this property. Julie greeted us upon arrival & showed us where everything was. The property was absolutely stunning, the kitchen well equipped and location was PERFECT!!! We were just down the road from Hoag & looked forward to evenings on the deck watching the boats go by. We cannot wait to return!!! They thought of everything & we really appreciated the attention to detail. Often when renting your first stop is the store to get everything you need. That was not the case here. Wonderful amenities, toilet paper, trash bags, plenty of towels & beach towels. Thank you Julie for your hospitality !!!

Second visit and we will go again next year. Best view on the island. Spacious, three bedroom gives everyone plenty of room. Great kitchen and all amenities. Extra thought went into furnishings and decor. Initially had problems with air conditioning and bbq but management dealt with those. Can’t fit a large SUV in garage but end of summer plenty of street parking (may be harder during mid-summer). Plenty of beach equipment in very good condition. Ample and comfortable furnishings on patio to enjoy relaxing.

We are a local family that needed a place to stay while work was done on our home after a water leak. Balboa Island is a wonderful place and this home did not disappoint. The views are amazing, beds are comfortable, and house is clean. We enjoyed all the restaurants within walking distance and loved sunsets on the patio. Hope to find an excuse to stay here again!
