This peaceful retreat seamlessly blends old-world charm with modern amenities. Upon entering, you'll find an open-plan kitchen on the ground floor, flowing into a cozy living room. The first bedroom, measuring 15 square meters, features a comfortable King-sized bed, a television, and ample storage. Adjacent, a full bathroom with a separate shower and toilet ensures convenience.
Ascend to the first floor, where a completely independent loft awaits. This spacious 60-square-meter area includes a 15-square-meter air-conditioned bedroom with a King-sized bed, a modern Italian-style shower room, and a well-equipped open-plan kitchen that opens onto a 35-square-meter living area.
In the lower level, a luxurious 35-square-meter master suite offers a private sitting area with a television and wardrobe, along with an en-suite bathroom and toilet. Air conditioning is available in all rooms for your comfort.
Step outside to your private entrance and enjoy the common outdoor space. Here, you can dine under the fig tree or engage in lively games of pétanque. A private parking space is available for your convenience. For ultimate relaxation, indulge in the shared hot tub, installed in the former mill wheel area.
Just a 2-minute walk from the Place des Tilleuls, you'll find local amenities. The Saint-Jean-de-Vaux bakery welcomes you daily except Mondays. On Friday evenings from 6 PM, Thibault's pizzeria offers delicious pizzas to take away. On Sundays from 4 PM, the Marie-Antoinette crêperie serves savory and sweet crêpes on-site or for takeout. The summer guinguette at the municipal campsite, with its outdoor pool (open July and August), is open midday and evening, 7 days a week from May 1 to September 30, featuring grills and pizzas.
A 5-minute drive away in Mercurey, you'll find various shops (pharmacy, hairdresser, butcher, bakery, wine cellars...) and a supermarket. Explore the surrounding vineyards and enjoy wine tastings from local winemakers.
