During the school year, weekly rental and excluding holidays minimum 2 nights,
The barn has been fully restored by us.
Large dining room with fully equipped open kitchen (55 m2) Kitchen open to the living room
 Large living room (50 m2) with wood stove TV, DVD, HiFi with MP3 station, WiFi internet connection, board games and numerous documentation of the region.
Laundry room with washing machine and dryer
Separate WC on the ground floor
Cot, high chair and changing pad

We are 8 minutes from all shops in Nolay and its tourist office (rental of electric bikes), petrol station, bank, bookstore, pharmacy, restaurants ..
Quiet village with start of walks and bike tours. Close to the greenway and the vines.
We are 27 km from Beaune, Autun and Châlon sur saône.

Perfect place for relaxing and exploring Bourgogne

We really appreciated the cosy house a lot. The kitchen is really well equipped for cooking and there are several options to relax in the garden. We all appreciated the swimming pool since there was a heatwave. All in all the perfect place to spend a wonderful time with friends and family if you want to explore Burgundy.

Hervorragendes Grundstück mit mehreren (schattigen) Sitzplätzen für jede Tageszeit und ausreichend (Liege-)Stühlen. Absolut ruhig. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet außer richtiger Teekanne. Très belle maison à la campagne, extrêmement bien équipée. On y est comme à la maison. Les terrasses à l'avant et à l'arrière sont bien pratiques quand il fait très chaud. Nous avons fait de belles promenades et de bonnes dégustations.

Une escapade ressourçante

Nous avons passé un long week-end en famille dans cette ancienne grange joliment rénovée.Le logement est décoré avec beaucoup de goût et les extérieurs sont incroyables. Les enfants ont pu jouer en autonomie pendant que les adultes profitaient de la terrasse.Il y a également beaucoup de documentations nous aidant à cibler les activités à faire.Martine s'est montrée très disponible.Un grand merci pour ce week-end.Juste une petite remarque : il est précisé dans l'annonce que les draps sont fournis mais il faut rajouter un supplément.Au plaisir !

Calme assuré dans cette charmante propriété

Magnifique propriété très chaleureuse et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. La maison est très bien équipée, vous ne manquerez de rien, Martine dispose également d'un lit bébé. Les espaces extérieurs sont très agréables et bien pensés avec deux terrasses pour les repas. Nous avons eu un soucis avec la piscine, Martine a été très disponible et à l'écoute. Il y a un supermarché et une boulangerie à 10min en voiture, également à proximité de nombreux sites pour de belles ballades. Ce logement est parfait pour ceux qui souhaitent déconnecter et se ressourcer. Nous le recommandons fortement. Encore merci Martine.

Liebevoll gestaltetes Haus mit großem Garten

Das Haus ist großzügig, mit viel liebevollen Details eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Unserer Gruppe hat es sehr gut gefallen und die Besitzer sind sehr nett und aufmerksam. Können wir auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Es sind zwei Terrassen von der Küche aus mit großen Essplätzen vorhanden!

Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail und sehr stimmungsvoll eingerichtet und befindet sich in sehr guter Lage für diverse Ausflüge in Burgund. Wir haben besonders den schönen überdachten Essplatz und den großen Garten mit der Boulebahn genossen.

Un inoubliable séjour

Martine a été adorable et disponible à chacune de nos demandes. Merci beaucoup, et un grand bravo à vous pour la transformation de cette grange. Une vraie pépite.
