The property is situated in a residential area close to the hospital and M5 motorway and only 2 miles to the city centre. There is also a large Waitrose supermarket 5 minutes walk from the house for your convenience. A popular favourite foodie-pub is 5 minutes walk away - The Swan at Whittington. It was established in 1996, this family-owned and run business is set in the heart of Whittington village. They are well known locally for an exciting and varied menu, serving quality food all day with a modern British influence. It boasts two large gardens and a children’s play area, making it ideal for families. There is also the Worcester Woods Country Park 18 minutes walk away. Having two nature reserves, a huge open field, busy Countryside Centre with cafe facilities, adventure play area, make this site very popular with a variety of visitors.
Once in the city you can have a lovely stroll along the river, take a boat trip or just sit outside one of the lovely restaurant/hotels and watch the world go by.
