The bathroom is equipped with modern fixtures like a rain shower or hose option, the toilet has a bidet hose and there is ensuite laundry.
Fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs. You can help yourself to things in the fridge and pantry if you need them.
Dining table for multipurpose use and workspace for all your table needs.
2 Smart TV's, one large one in the living room and another in the bedroom.
There is an A/C unit in the main living space and another one in the bedroom.
There is a sofa bed in the living room for 2 more guests which is also extremely comfortable and double the size for people over 6 ft.

Nafplio is close to everything, walking distance or a short drive.
My apartment is also 20 minute drive from Epidavros a large ancient theatre that still puts on top performances. Another beach town called Tolo is about 15 minutes away. Argos is less than 10 minutes.

My favorite is the 12km walking trail from old romantic seaside downtown port of Nafplio, that runs all the way around the entire coastline. You will find little hidden beaches along the forest and seaside with sprawling mountain views...doesn't get better than that!

We will be at your disposal, but you are enjoying your privacy.

We kindly remind you to not flush the toilet paper down the toilet and use the bottled water provided for drinking safe water.

We can arrange a cleaning service and linen change for a small fee. *This is for long term rentals.*

Because we are on the main street there is the noise of the traffic sometimes during busy times of day.
