Villa Kalma Dio is the second of our luxury private Villas in Nea Moudania, Halkidiki, resting at the top of a hill overlooking Thermaikos Bay. The villas extend into a verdant natural environment, hidden but close to the beach and village facilities. The views over the Bay are simply stunning, as well as the impressive sunsets. View forbidding Mount Olympus in the background and confirm that Villa Kalma is situated in an area of immense natural beauty.
Villa Kalma is a delightfully designed property boasting a private pool in a front garden, three air-conditioned bedrooms, private parking, and able facilities making your stay a memorable one.
LayoutVilla Kalma Dio consists of two levels: An open plan area with a lounge-dining area, a guest WC, and a fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor, adjacent to the master bedroom and en-suite bathroom.French doors open onto the front terrace with extra sitting-dining facilities, leading out to the pool.The interior staircase joins the ground floor with the upper level and the loft. The upper level boasts a second double bedroom with a front balcony and side shower room, whilst the loft houses the twin bedroom, separating it from the main sleeping area.
