The villa offers 180 m² of carefully designed living space on a fully enclosed private property of 1,276 m², creating a serene oasis where guests can unwind and enjoy complete privacy. Inside, the house features four elegant en-suite bedrooms and one additional children’s room, along with five bathrooms, ensuring comfort and convenience for every guest.
The outdoor area invites you to fully embrace the Mediterranean lifestyle. A large private swimming pool is surrounded by a spacious sun deck with comfortable loungers, while the beautifully designed covered terrace connects seamlessly with the indoor living spaces. Here you can enjoy long summer dinners, relaxed afternoons in the jacuzzi, or peaceful evenings surrounded by the calm atmosphere of the garden.
For moments of pure relaxation, the villa also offers a private wellness area with a Finnish sauna and jacuzzi, providing the perfect way to unwind after a day exploring Istria’s charming towns and beautiful coastline.

The historic hilltop town of Labin is just a 10-minute drive away, offering charming streets, excellent restaurants, lively cafés, and local markets. The popular seaside resort of Rabac, known for its crystal-clear sea, stunning pebble beaches, vibrant promenade, and boat excursions, can be reached in approximately 20 minutes by car.
LIVING ROOMThe bright and welcoming living room has been designed as a comfortable gathering space for relaxing moments together. A large five-seater sofa invites guests to unwind, while an elegant electric fireplace adds a warm and cozy atmosphere. The room is equipped with a 55-inch smart satellite TV and air conditioning, ensuring comfort throughout the year. The open layout creates a seamless connection with the kitchen and terrace areas, while a conveniently located guest toilet adds extra practicality.
KITCHEN & DINING AREAThe fully equipped kitchen and dining area are thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to eight guests. Modern appliances include a refrigerator, freezer, oven, stovetop, microwave, toaster, kettle, as well as Nespresso and De’Longhi coffee machines for the perfect morning start. A hand mixer and additional kitchen equipment ensure that preparing meals together becomes part of the holiday experience.
Adjacent to the kitchen is a separate storage and utility room, equipped with an ironing board, iron, and drying rack, providing additional convenience during your stay.
BEDROOMSVilla Hygge offers four beautifully designed en-suite bedrooms that combine comfort, style, and privacy. Each bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed, elegant furnishings, a dressing table, wardrobe, and a 43-inch smart satellite TV. Soft lighting, high-quality linens, and blackout curtains create a calm atmosphere and ensure restful nights.
An additional children’s room provides flexible sleeping arrangements with an extendable bed that can be used either as a single bed or converted into a double bed. This room can also serve as a playroom or a quiet workspace if needed.
BATHROOMSThe villa includes a total of five bathrooms as well as an additional guest toilet. Four bathrooms are connected directly to the bedrooms, while another bathroom is located within the wellness area, conveniently positioned near the pool and terrace. Each bathroom has been designed with elegance and functionality in mind and features modern walk-in rain showers.
The guest toilet near the living room also includes a washing machine with dryer function for additional practicality. Outdoors, a refreshing shower with both warm and cold water is available near the pool.

Here guests will find a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with a refrigerator, electric stovetop, dishwasher, sink with hot and cold water, and even an ice machine. A large dining table provides seating for ten guests, making it ideal for shared meals and long summer evenings. A stylish bar table with stools and a barbecue area add to the relaxed outdoor atmosphere.
The terrace also features a jacuzzi where guests can unwind while enjoying their favorite show on the integrated 55-inch smart TV.
The adjoining 65 m² sun deck offers ample space for relaxation with comfortable sun loungers and parasols.
SWIMMING POOLAt the heart of the outdoor area lies the private panoramic swimming pool measuring 36 m² (9 x 4 meters).
