The private garden, ideal for your meals al fresco, is equipped with a barbecue for convivial moments. In addition, the villa enjoys a privileged location just 50 meters from the beaches, offering you easy access to the pleasures of the ocean and a multitude of water activities. For cycling lovers, many bike paths, directly accessible from the house, you will discover the surroundings in peace. A parking space in front of the house is reserved for you.

Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt, einen Steinwurf vom Meer entfernt. Das Mobiliar ist etwas veraltet und die Matratzen könnten mal wieder ausgetauscht werden. Außerdem ist die Küche wirklich sehr klein. Leider hatten wir in unserer letzten Woche eine Baustelle direkt am Haus, von der wir nichts wussten und dadurch war an ausschlafen nicht zu denken. Tagsüber am Strand haben wir davon aber zum Glück nichts mitbekommen. Außerdem wäre es gut, wenn der Parkplatz als privat gekennzeichnet würde, wie die Parkplätze der Nachbarn, da ansonsten ständig Strandbesucher dort parken.

Die Küche ist ein wenig eng und nicht sonderlich gut ausgestattet. Außerdem ist wenig Stauraum für Kleidungsstücke. Ansonsten war aber alles in Ordnung und die Lage ist wirklich perfekt
