This 95 m² holiday home is designed for a relaxing stay with the whole family. The house has 3 bedrooms and sleeps up to 6 guests, as well as 1 toilet and 1 bathroom with underfloor heating for added comfort.
Built in 1976, the home has been updated with a semi-new kitchen and bathroom and newer furnishings. A dishwasher and washing machine are available, and internet and TV are included.
For relaxation, the house features an indoor spa and sauna. Heating is provided by electric radiators, a heat pump and a wood-burning stove. The house is insulated as a holiday home and suitable for extended stays.
Outdoor areas include terraces on both sides of the house, allowing you to enjoy the sun throughout the day. The grass roof blends naturally into the surroundings, and pets are welcome.
The area is quiet and secluded with access to forest paths nearby. The beach is about 3.5 km away, and shops are approx. 2 km away. Nature, privacy and short distances make this an ideal holiday location.
