Just a short walk into the centre of Yarmouth, detached Rofford Lodge offers the perfect setting to explore the surrounding area and the beautiful west Wight coastline. The open plan living spaces offers a bright and airy feel, and has three spacious bedrooms, three en-suite bathrooms and a lovely garden. Rofford Lodge boasts a great location with miles of coastline only a short distance away, and is situated in a quiet and peaceful area, whilst still being close to all local amenities.

The property is situated just a few minutes’ walk from the promenade and offers wonderful views across to the Solent and mainland. From the door you can walk or cycle to Yarmouth and Freshwater along an old railway line following alongside The Yar Estuary and river. This is the perfect spot for bird watchers. Beach 1 mile. Shop, pub and restaurant ½ mile.
