Just 5 houses from the white sandy beach of the Gulf. Located in the city of Anna Maria sits this spacious home with a relaxed island feel. This ideal location allows you to walk to the beach, restaurants, bars, pier, trolley stop and Pine Avenue shopping. There's plenty of room to sit back and enjoy your surroundings in this 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath private home with a brand new pool and patio.
The main level includes a bedroom with a Twin trundle bed and a full bath. A separate laundry/pantry room and fully equipped kitchen opens to a large, bright and airy dining room area. The living room area offers two large sofas and chairs to kick back and view a movie on the 60 inch TV with Bose surround sound, leading to a large deck overlooking the pool. Take the deck stairs to the pool and private patio area which includes a bathroom and outdoor shower.

The second level offers:
A master suite with a King bed
Another bedroom offers a Queen bed
Final bedroom includes 2 twin beds, plus a roll out trundle
A large guest bath has a bathtub/shower combination
Just 5 houses from the silky white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy an easy walk towing the beach wagon with all the gear we provide for you to experience a great day at the beach.

Perfect spot for family vacation

Location, location, location.Walking to the beach and restaurants, made the stay so extra enjoyable. We stayed memorial day weekend and didn't have to worry about the traffic because everything we needed we could walk to.

Memorable Memorial Day 2024

This home is great! Location couldn't be better if you want a peaceful and relaxing vacation. Great pool that we enjoyed daily, super easy walk to the beach and back, plus lots of extra beach toys, bikes, chairs and floats to make vacationing there easy and fun! There are historical landmarks and cute shops to check out and plenty of ice cream shops to keep you cool when you want a break from the amazing sunshine. It's easy to get around on foot without feeling like you're missing out on a laid back vacation. Take a walk or go for a bike ride with ease and safety while taking in the salty air.
