This was our second year in this wonderful home, which fits our needs so well. We have a mixture of guests, from children to a much older set. Youngsters enjoy the pool and quick access to the beach. The elders appreciate the elevator (a necessity) and the two walk-in showers. One of the most notable things about this home is the responsiveness of both the owners and the property manager. We would give them more than 5 stars if we could.

This renter messaged me that she gave our house a 3 because she said that there was some dust. I spoke with her on several occasions during the week and I would have been happy to have sent the company that cleans for us back to make some cleaning adjustments but she never mentioned anything about that.

The house was absolutely perfect for our whole family! Plenty of room for 11 of us.The grandkids loved the pool and hot tub, it was a very short walk to the spectacular beach and the location made it an easy walk to lots of good restaurants!

Spring Break Family Trip

We had a wonderful time in Anna Maria for Spring Break. The house is beautifully decorated with everything we needed for a great trip. My kids loved the heated pool and hot tub. The location was perfect - a short walk to the beach, but also walking distance to the shops on Pine. We loved opening the doors on the third level for the cool ocean breeze in the am, and the view of the ocean from the balcony was amazing.

Perfect retreat! Three generations were super comfortable in the house- and the elevator was a plus for all! The Beach being just across the street, and Pine being a short golf cart trip away was perfect! Thank you for sharing your lovely home! We had a wonderful spring break.

We had great time at this place. It is a 3-story house but has the elevator, which our elderly parents enjoyed. We used heated pool and jacuzzi every day. We walked on the beach every day. Kitchen had all we needed and more. Beds were very comfortable. Owner/manager were quick to response when we needed something.

This was an amazing house in an amazing location with amazing views! The house was beautifully decorated with many amenities. We loved the spacious, well equipped kitchen and the porches. Tons of beach toys, towels, and chairs. Very clean - only recommendation is that the cleaners use windex on windows, glass doors, and mirrors. Would definitely love to stay here again.

Great home on Anna Maria!

We had a wonderful time at this home in Anna Maria! The home’s location is on the north side of the island, which is a little quieter as it’s away from Pine but a quick golf cart ride to everything in town. The third floor balcony gives you an excellent view of the ocean/sunsets and beach access is located directly across the street. The property is very well equipped and also has items that catered to the small children in our group. Both the owner and property manager were very responsive. This home is definitely a favorite on our VRBO list and we hope to return again someday!

My extended family has rented this lovely house multiple times. The location is ideal--right across the street from the beach path. You can walk to the shops and restaurants on Pine. The layout of the house is great for large groups. The 3rd floor open-plan kitchen/dining/living space is filled with light and offers beautiful views of the ocean and sunsets. The property manager, Dan, responds quickly to questions and issues. Gina, the owner, is friendly and welcoming. This is the perfect AMI beach house; feels like a home away from home. We love it and are planning to rent again.

Just returned home from our week in Anna Maria and we couldn't have been more pleased. The house was absolutely beautiful, inside and out! You only had to walk across the street to get to one of the most beautiful beaches, and a few blocks to get food, drinks, souvenirs and the trolley. Brian was a dream to work with, always available when needed, either by text or phone call, just ask and he will provide if its something in his realm of doing. Relaxing Anna Maria Retreat

We have stayed on Anna Maria for several years and this is the first time my husband and I chose the same property at the outset. Visitors included a large group of extended family, ages 3 and up, for whom there was plenty of room. The pool was perfect for the kids, and we played games at the large dining table, which accommodated everyone. Later guests made extensive use of the elevator, which enabled visits from older dear ones. Beach access immediately across the street and a reasonable walk to Pine Avenue make this a prime location. Cooking was a breeze in the kitchen which was well stocked with equipment, including the pleasant surprise of the espresso machine. We found it remarkable to be able to live in this comfortable home this year; many properties in this neighborhood are not livable post hurricane. We hope to return next year!

Family Christmas at Anna Maria Island - North Shore house

We enjoyed our family Christmas at this North Shore VRBO property! Beautiful open concept living room, kitchen and balcony with views of Gulf of Mexico. Beach access directly across street and heated pool and hot tub jacuzzi. Plenty of room for our family of six and grandson. Responsive property manager and services! Warning- do not park on gravel in front of house! We received two parking tickets on Christmas Eve/Day 😤 Also, be careful with elevator and upstairs master bedroom door and bathroom door locks! They will lock accidentally and require different lock keys 🔑😤 We highly recommend this property! 👍🏻

Great Family Beach Home

This was a repeat stay for our extended family; and we are looking forward to renting again. The house is an ideal family beach house: bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious; living space is perfect for hanging out and family dinners. You can watch the sunset from the deck. The pool and hot tub are great for an after beach soak. The house is right across the street from the beach access and you can easily walk or bike to the shops on Pine. Best of all, Gina, the owner, is so nice; and Dan, the property manager, is right down the street and responds quickly. We love this place.

Picture Perfect

This was our third trip to AMI for our family of six and I have to say, this house was our favorite. The location being on the north side of the island and only one house away from the beach is absolutely ideal. The decor and layout were extremely well done and while no one likes to do dishes, it certainly helps when you’re staring out the windows with views of the sun setting over the Gulf. Great house, great location, and the owner was great to work with.
