A bright and spacious living area includes a comfortable sofa bed and opens directly onto a private terrace, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor flow. Floor-to-ceiling windows fill the interiors with natural light, enhancing the calming palette of earthy tones, natural textures, and minimalist Cycladic architecture.



The villa boasts a private swimming pool with sea views, surrounded by inviting outdoor lounging and dining areas ideal for long, sun-filled days and relaxed evenings under the stars. The fully equipped kitchen includes high-quality appliances such as an oven, stovetop, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, and washing facilities, ensuring complete independence throughout your stay. Guests staying within the complex benefit from access to personalised concierge services, which can be arranged on request, including private transfers, yacht and boat hire, dining experiences, and island excursions. These services are offered externally and may incur additional charges, payable locally. No permanent on-site staff are based at the villa, ensuring complete privacy, although assistance is readily available if required.



Please note that towels or bed linen changes during the stay may be available at an additional cost. A refundable damage deposit of up to €300 may be requested after check-out should any damage be identified, in line with property policy.
