The property is a 40 square metre semi-detached dome home, thoughtfully arranged over two levels. The sleeping area is located in a wooden loft bedroom, creating a warm and cosy ambience, while the main level features an open-plan living and dining space with a kitchenette, allowing guests to enjoy the sweeping caldera views throughout the day. The private balcony, positioned directly above the cliff edge, is the defining feature of Villa Kalyra and provides an exceptional setting for morning coffee or sunset drinks overlooking the Aegean Sea.



The kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator, toaster, electric kettle and coffee machine, making it suitable for light meal preparation. The bathroom includes a shower, toilet, towels and linen, while the living area offers comfortable seating, air conditioning, heating and a flat-screen television. Complimentary WiFi is available throughout the property, and the accommodation is strictly non-smoking.



Please note that there is no parking available at Villa Kalyra due to its cliffside location, and access may involve steps typical of Santorini’s caldera paths. No on-site staff are present at the property; however, local guest support is available should assistance be required during the stay.
