The fully equipped kitchen includes all essential appliances, utensils, and cookware, allowing guests to prepare meals effortlessly during their stay.
The outdoor area is designed for genuine holiday enjoyment. A private swimming pool and hot tub offer the ideal setting for relaxation, while a grill and covered lounge area invite long, cosy evenings outdoors. Table tennis, table football and a trampoline provide additional entertainment for children and adults.
In addition to the main terrace with direct access to the pool area, this villa features a balcony positioned on the pool side of the house, offering magnificent views over the garden and pool - a perfect spot for morning coffee or a peaceful sunset moment.
Pets are welcome upon request with a surcharge of 10 EUR per pet per night, payable in cash.
