The apartment is built under our main residence so benefits from ground floor access & same floor level throughout. Enjoying a private garden with artificail grass, outdoor furniture, above ground pool etc this Gite is perfect for relaxing & taking in the views of the Alberes mountains. Fully insulated, totally self sufficient, it's the ideal stay whatever time of the year!

We moved to France in 2019 for a 2 year ''adventure'' and never returned back to the UK!. Married to Lee, we have 2 Sons, 2 Cars & 2 Dogs! I teach English at a private school in Perpignan. My husband is a professional musician and our boys are in college & lycee. We love rugby (watching & playing), beach days, meeting up with friends, walking, paddleboarding & cycling.

Why they chose this property

We always liked the Catalan feel, ambience in this part of France and being close to Med Beaches was a priority for us as a family. We have beaches 10 mins away, mountains 2 mins away and skiing 90 mins away - ticks all our boxes!

What makes this property unique

We opened officially in 2025 and we had a fantastic first year! It's a very modern, stylish Gite and with the above ground pool and secure garden, it's perfect for families of all years! Hosting via another platform, we've had a 30+ 5* reviews, and now opening our calendar to VRBO too! 😁
