The condominium is served by a bus stop located right in front of the main gate. Frequent buses to Funchal city centre run from 6:20 to 23:40, taking approximately 15 minutes. Taxis are also relatively inexpensive in Madeira, and a ride downtown costs less than €10 and takes about 10 minutes, depending on traffic and time of day.

House rules
• A €200 damage deposit is required at check-in and will be fully returned at check-out provided no damage has been caused to the property.
• The second bedroom is exclusive to parties of 3 or more guests. Smaller groups may use it for an additional €10 per night, payable at check-in.
• Late check-ins after 21:00 are subject to a €30 fee until 22:30, a €45 fee until midnight, or a €60 fee after midnight.
• Smoking and bringing animals inside are strictly prohibited on the property.
• A staircase connects the three floors, with two small flights of 6 steps between each floor, making the property unsuitable for guests with reduced mobility.
Important notices
The condominium is currently undergoing exterior renovation works to maintain the building in excellent condition. As part of this process, scaffolding has been installed in certain areas of the façade, including in front of parts of the apartment. As a result, the balcony is temporarily unavailable for use, and the view from some windows is partially obstructed during this period. Guests may also occasionally notice some dust in the surrounding exterior areas and intermittent daytime noise related to the works. The apartment interior remains fully functional, as do the pool and surrounding gardens. While every effort is being made to minimise disruption, we prefer to be fully transparent so guests can make an informed booking decision.
The property is not suitable for guests with limited mobility due to a stairway with 14 steps, split into two flights of 7 steps each, leading from the lift hall to the front door.
