Set high above the rugged coastline of Western Crete, Villa Eirenis offers a peaceful and refined escape just 800 metres from the sea, surrounded by traditional villages and sweeping bay views. Designed for up to six guests, the property combines contemporary architecture with warm, comfortable interiors and generous outdoor living spaces that frame the natural beauty of the setting.



Inside, three elegant double bedrooms each feature king-size beds and en suite shower rooms. The master bedroom opens onto shared and private balconies through large sliding doors, while the second bedroom enjoys a private balcony and can be arranged as twin beds if required. The third bedroom provides direct access to the pool terrace. A bright open-plan kitchen and living area overlooks the water and includes ample seating, satellite television and a large dining table, with doors opening directly to the terrace. A guest toilet adds convenience, and a dedicated cinema room with a sleeper sofa can accommodate two additional guests when needed.



The outdoor areas are designed for relaxed Mediterranean living. An infinity swimming pool appears to merge with the horizon and can be heated on request for an additional charge. The spacious terrace is furnished with luxury sun loungers and lounge seating, alongside a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with charcoal barbecue, sink and fridge. A shaded dining area beneath a pergola, complete with a heater for cooler evenings, creates an inviting space for long meals overlooking the sea.



A welcome pack is provided on arrival, and midweek cleaning with linen change, as well as pool and garden maintenance, are included in the rate. A baby cot and highchair are available on request. Additional services such as private chef experiences, transfers, vehicle hire, yacht charters, excursions, spa treatments, villa pre-stocking, extra housekeeping and private security can be arranged at extra cost. Pets are not permitted. A refundable security deposit and any requested extras, including pool heating, are payable in addition to the rental price.
