The ground level features a spacious living area oriented toward the pool and sea, a dining space for eight guests and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen suited to relaxed entertaining. The upper floor hosts two master ensuite bedrooms with king-size beds and expansive balconies that capture panoramic coastal views. The lower level offers four additional master ensuite bedrooms with direct access to an internal garden that opens visually toward the sea, creating a calm and intimate atmosphere.



Outdoor living is central to the experience, with a private infinity swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers and multiple lounge areas ideal for long afternoons in the sun. An exterior dining space with a bar and barbecue encourages alfresco meals while enjoying the Cretan sunset.
