5 bedrooms, 2 sofa beds, 2 story, 2 full bathroom, with indoor fire place & patio, a large balcony, max 14 guests. A min. walk to Rice Lake, 5 min. drive to gas stations, country market with LCBO. BBQ & campfire at backyard surrounded by trees, backing on to a natural spring water river, Parking for 5 cars, public boat launch, great for fishing, boating! Cobourg beach is less than 25 min away! The place is professionally disinfected after everystay. Book before 3/31 for listed price!
5 Spacious bedrooms with lots of family space both up and downstairs. It has linen, towels, with extra pillows and covers for convenient. Spacious kitchen with utensils, pots and plates. Main and upstairs washrooms with toiletries!
Guests can have the access to the entire property including front, back and side yard.
