Villa Vista Atlântica by Atlantic Holiday

Villa Vista Atlântica by Atlantic Holiday is located in Ribeira Brava, on the south coast of Madeira Island, offering wide sea views and a calm setting for a comfortable stay. This villa accommodates up to seven guests and is well suited for couples, families or groups of friends who wish to explore the island while enjoying a private space.



The property features three bedrooms: two with queen-size beds and one with two single beds. In the living area there is also a sofa suitable for one additional guest. The villa includes four bathrooms: one social bathroom, two en-suite bathrooms with showers, and the main bedroom bathroom equipped with both a shower and a bathtub.



The kitchen is fully equipped with the essentials needed to prepare meals, including fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, hob, cutlery, plates and other cooking utensils. Outside, guests can enjoy a barbecue area and a heated swimming pool while taking in the sea view.



Heated Pool:

Our villa provides the option to heat the pool for your convenience. Please note that this service is available for an additional cost and can be arranged upon request.



Air conditioning is available throughout the house and in all bedrooms. A hairdryer, washing machine and Smart TV with box are also provided. For families travelling with children, a baby cot and baby chair are available.



Bed linen and bath towels are provided for all guests. Smoking inside the house is not permitted.



The property includes two exterior parking spaces within the premises. A car is recommended for convenient access and to explore Madeira.



Check-in is available from 16:00 until 05:00 the following morning.



The City Hall charges a local Tourist Tax per guest per night. The charge amounts:



- 2EUR per night;

- This rate applies up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights and does not apply to guests that are under 13 years old.

- This charge must be paid directly to us so we can deliver it to the City Hall.
