Welcome to my Beach House!

Upon entering the Beach House, you're greeted by the bright and airy open-plan living area. Here, you'll find a comfortable sofa, a dining table set for family meals, and a wall-mounted TV for evening entertainment. There is also a utility bathroom to support the lower floor.

The modern kitchen is equipped with all necessary cooking utensils, perfect for preparing a beachside picnic or dinner.

Upstairs, the sleeping quarters are designed for restful nights. One bedroom hosts a cozy double bed, while the other offers twin beds, ideal for families or friends. Both rooms feature air conditioning, ensuring a cool retreat after a day under the sun.

A complete bathroom with a shower caters to all your needs.

Step outside to embrace the coastal lifestyle. With direct beach access and complimentary electric scooters, explore the scenic avenues or simply relax with a good book and the sound of the ocean. Whether you're here for a short getaway or an extended stay, this home offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Located in São Roque, a charming coastal area of Ponta Delgada, the house is surrounded by picturesque beaches and local eateries. São Roque provides a tranquil setting with easy access to vibrant city life, offering a perfect balance for guests seeking both relaxation and cultural exploration.

Public transport options near the property include local buses with stops just a short walk away, providing easy access to Ponta Delgada and surrounding areas. For a more leisurely journey, use the electric scooters provided for a scenic ride along the coast.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.


There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.


Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.


For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.


Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
