Description: on the first floor of a small building, entrance into a bright living room with dining table and sofas – equipped kitchen – double bedroom – first bathroom with shower. From the living room you access the large loft with a French bed and a small terrace – second bathroom with bathtub. The apartment also includes a washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning in the living area, and a parking space in the condominium courtyard. Pets are not allowed.
