SIlverNest Villa - 3 bedroom villa with private pool and garden

This beautiful villa is warmly decorated, set within a quiet area of the Praia d’el Rey Golf & Beach Resort, surrounded by other villas. Beautiful landscaped bushes and trees surround the house, giving it a relaxing getaway feeling and allowing you privacy when enjoying the private swimming pool.

The different rooms are divided with archways, giving the house a very open and spaicous feel. The living room is bright, with a very comfortable sofa facing the TV. The dining room beside it has space for 6 people, benefitting from the sunlight coming through the large french doors in the living room. Through these doors you’ll find the patio, with a built-in barbeque and outdoor dining and seating facing the beautiful pool.

There are three bedrooms, all equipped with large closets. The first bedroom is set with a double bed and has an ensuite bathroom, the second bedroom is also set with a double bed and shares a bathroom with the third bedroom, set with a daybed that opens up into a double bed.

Aldeia D. Fernando is a cluster of well-kept villas situated near the entrance to the Praia d’el Rey Golf & Beach Resort. The Tennis Club is a couple of minutes walk away, and the Club House and first tee are around 5 minutes on foot. The sandy beach and the 5 star Mariott Hotel with spa, gym and restaurants is a 15 minute walk away, or 3 minutes by car.

Our office is located 7 minutes from the resort, in Serra D'El Rei, and we will be available for any situation that may arise.
Arrivals are made in person at our office and a member of our team will accompany you to the property.

Praia D'El Rey is a development with an 18-hole golf course, tennis courts, a Marriott Hotel, and a wide range of properties available for local accommodation. For golf lovers, it is the perfect location, as there are three more golf courses just a few minutes away: Royal Óbidos, West Cliffs, and Bom Sucesso. For those who prefer surfing beyond the waves at Praia D'El Rey, there are numerous beaches such as Supertubos, Peniche de Cima, and Baleal that are excellent for this activity.

A car is necessary to get to and from the resort.

Check-in is between 4:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. and checkout is by 10:00 a.m.
Quiet hours after 10:00 p.m.

Arrivals between 9:00 p.m. and midnight are subject to a €25 surcharge.
Arrivals after midnight are subject to a €50 surcharge.
